Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Implementing and monitoring training and development activities conducted inside and outside the university.
  2. Developing training and development programs and plans, and supervising their implementation after approval by the relevant authorities.
  3. Coordinating and collaborating with university departments and other state institutions regarding the center’s activities.
  4. Identifying the training needs of government employees through communication with various state departments.
  5. Organizing seminars, conferences, and various workshops.
  6. Contracting with different state institutions to conduct training and development courses.
  7. Organizing a database for center staff, trainers, external trainers, and conducted courses.
